Synapcity est un organisme \u00e0 but non lucratif d’Ottawa avec lequel travaille The Storyteller depuis 2018.\u00a0 Synapcity<\/a> cherche \u00e0 rallier les citoyen.ne.s et les institutions afin de leur fournir des outils pour faire d’Ottawa une ville plus agr\u00e9able, plus diversifi\u00e9e et plus prosp\u00e8re pour toutes et tous.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Au fil du temps, The Storyteller a soutenu l’organisation de diverses fa\u00e7ons, soit par la facilitation d’activit\u00e9s d’engagement du public, le d\u00e9veloppement de campagnes de communication et l’\u00e9laboration et la gestion de divers outils de communication.<\/p>\n

Au cours de sa douzaine d’ann\u00e9es d’existence, Synapcity a fait face \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9fis mais a toujours su en ressortir plus fort. L’histoire a su d\u00e9montrer que Synapcity est ici pour rester et offre une grande valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 Ottawa et ses diverses parties prenantes, r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 un besoin r\u00e9el et offrant des services de qualit\u00e9. \u00c0 ce jour, l’organisme continue de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d’un appui remarquable et d’une grande loyaut\u00e9 et appr\u00e9ciation de la part d’une communaut\u00e9 form\u00e9e notamment d’ancien.ne.s participant.e.s \u00e0 ses programmes et de partenaires communautaires, publics et corporatifs.<\/p>\n

Synapcity s’est rapidement rendu compte que ces relations constituent son plus grand atout et qu’il est essentiel de maintenir une ligne de communication ouverte et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, peu importe les circonstances.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir eu l’occasion de se familiariser avec The Storyteller dans le cadre d’un mandat initial de facilitation de son programme signature – le Civics Boot Camp –<\/em> et d’une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d’activit\u00e9s d’engagement du public par l’entremise de partenariats avec d’autres organisations ottaviennes, Synapcity s’est \u00e9ventuellement tourn\u00e9 vers nous pour le soutenir en mati\u00e8re de communications et marketing.<\/p>\n

Mandat<\/strong><\/h3>\n

En tant que fournisseur de services ax\u00e9 sur les valeurs, The Storyteller fut d\u2019abord mandat\u00e9 afin de d\u00e9velopper une campagne de promotion pour un nouveau programme qui verrait le jour au d\u00e9but 2020. Depuis, The Storyteller agit \u00e0 tire de conseiller de l\u2019organisation, g\u00e8re ses communications et a r\u00e9cemment eu l\u2019occasion de d\u00e9velopper son tout nouveau site web en collaboration avec la conceptrice web Jen Feeny<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le site web \u00e9tait d\u00e9suet depuis un certain temps. \u00c0 l’origine, le site avait \u00e9t\u00e9 notamment construit dans le but de servir \u00e0 partager de l’information en temps r\u00e9el, et son haut degr\u00e9 de personnalisation rendait sa mise \u00e0 jour de plus en plus difficile pour les employ\u00e9.e.s. Le site web contenait d’importantes quantit\u00e9s de contenu non pertinent, de liens bris\u00e9s et de pages cach\u00e9es, ne lui permettant plus d’atteindre son objectif d’informer les publics de Synapcity.<\/p>\n

Synapcity nous a fait confiance avec un projet cl\u00e9 en main comprenant la strat\u00e9gie, la coordination, le design, la mise en page et la structure, et l’ensemble du contenu (r\u00e9daction et s\u00e9lection des images).<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir clarifi\u00e9 les principales audiences du site, effectu\u00e9 une analyse comparative et \u00e9valu\u00e9 les habitudes num\u00e9riques des utilisateur.trice.s vis\u00e9.e.s, The Storyteller a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un site WordPress adapt\u00e9, simple et ax\u00e9 sur l’exp\u00e9rience-utilisateur. Le site peut \u00eatre mis \u00e0 jour par le client tr\u00e8s ais\u00e9ment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 nos instructions vid\u00e9os et \u00e0 un CMS facile d’utilisation. Les besoins \u00e0 court et moyen termes du client ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adress\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un format adaptable au fil du temps et au recours \u00e0 des modules pertinents.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Le client a pr\u00e9alablement obtenu un plan de travail pr\u00e9cisant les \u00e9ch\u00e9anciers, fut invit\u00e9 tout au long du projet \u00e0 fournir de la r\u00e9troaction et fut tenu au courant de la progression \u00e0 date r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Le site web fut livr\u00e9 et lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur de quelques semaines, dans les d\u00e9lais et le budget identifi\u00e9s au d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n
